About Your Stay

  • What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM the following day.

  • Is early check-in available?

    Yes, it is available.
    (Villa: 2,500 JPY per person/hour | Glamping: 2,000 JPY per person/hour)

  • What is the latest possible time for check-in?

    Since our on-site staff are available until 9:00 PM, we kindly ask you to check in by 8:30 PM.

  • Is late check-out available?

    For Glamping guests, late check-out is available until 12:00 PM for 2,000 JPY per person per hour.
    For Villa guests, late check-out is currently not available; please check out by 11:00 AM.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    We accept cash and various credit cards

  • Are there cancellation fees?

    Yes, a 50% cancellation fee applies from 27 days prior to your stay, and 100% from 7 days prior.

  • Are the campaign plans shown with the discount already applied?

    Yes, the prices displayed on the booking site are the final rates with the discount already applied.

  • How many people can stay in each villa?

    Each villa accommodates 2 to 6 guests.

  • How many beds are there?

    Each villa has 2 beds in the bedroom and Japanese futons in the Japanese-style room.

  • Are the bedrooms separate?

    In the Suite, there is a partition between the Japanese-style room and the bedroom.
    In the Superior Villa, the Japanese-style room and the bedroom are separated by a wall.

  • Are dogs allowed?

    Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs.

  • How many people are required for a group booking?

    We accommodate groups of 20 to 50 guests.
    Depending on the number of people, we recommend a private charter plan.

Facilities and Amenities

  • What amenities are provided?

    Each villa comes with adult-sized pajamas, a towel set (bath towel, face towel, body towel), shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap, toothbrushes, facial cleanser, razors, cotton set, hair ties, cleansing oil, lotion, milky lotion, and earplugs.
    Please note: Children's pajamas are not provided.

  • What facilities and equipment are available?

    Our villas are well-equipped with an in-room onsen (with a cold bath), in-room sauna, private pool, and a BBQ gas grill (available for ¥5,000). You'll also find a refrigerator, electric kettle, and hairdryer. A microwave is available for shared use at the management building. Cooking utensils like frying pans, various dishes, tongs, and heat-resistant gloves are also provided.

  • Are cutlery and pots available?

    Cutlery and tableware are provided in your room.
    We also offer complimentary pot rentals.

  • Do you have items for babies?

    We provide high chairs and cutlery specifically for young children.

  • What is the difference between the Superior and the Suite?

    The Superior Villa offers an outstanding view of Mt. Fuji from the dining area and features a large garden.
    The Suite offers views of Mt. Fuji from the dining area, bathroom, and sauna, and has slightly more spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas compared to the Superior Villa.

  • Is there a shower space in the open-air onsen bath?

    Yes, there is a shower space within the bathroom area.

  • How many people can use the sauna at the same time?

    We recommend up to 2 people for the Suite and up to 3 people for the Superior Villa.

  • Is the pool heated? When is it available for use?

    The pool is not heated. Depending on the weather, it is generally available from early May (Golden Week) until late September.

  • Is the pool sanitized and cleaned?

    Yes, the pool water is continuously circulated and purified 24 hours a day by a filtration system, so you can enjoy it with peace of mind.

  • What are the dimensions and depth of the pool?

    The pool is approximately 24 square meters in area and 150 cm deep.

  • Is parking available?

    Yes, free parking is available near each villa. Additionally, there's a free parking lot about 100m (a 1-minute walk) from the facility, which is convenient if you are arriving with multiple vehicles.

  • Can we have a BBQ or campfire even if it rains?

    Unfortunately, campfires are not possible on rainy days.
    BBQ is available indoors. For Villa guests, BBQ can be enjoyed in the covered outdoor space.

  • Do we BBQ outside during winter?

    It is possible, but since it is significantly colder than central Tokyo, we recommend having your BBQ indoors.

Dining

  • Can I bring my own food?

    Yes, you are welcome to bring your own ingredients and enjoy a personalized BBQ.
    If you are on a room-only plan and wish to BBQ, please add the BBQ grill option to your reservation.

  • Can I bring my own BBQ grill?

    No, bringing any personal cooking equipment is strictly prohibited. Please use the provided BBQ gas grill.

  • If I order a meal, do I need to rent a grill set separately?

    If you choose the BBQ dinner plan, the grill rental is provided free of charge.

  • Are there convenience stores or supermarkets nearby?

    Lawson Yamanakako Ishiwari store: 2 minutes by car

    Ogino Yamanakako store (supermarket): 13 minutes by car

    Seven-Eleven Yamanashi Yamanakako Hirano store: 5 minutes by car

  • Can you accommodate allergies?

    We will do our best to accommodate allergies. Please contact us via email to discuss your needs.

Other

  • Are fireworks allowed?

    Only handheld fireworks are permitted. We will show you the designated area when you check in.
    Fireworks that launch or spray are prohibited. All fireworks must conclude by 9:00 PM.

  • Can I bring bath additives for the onsen?

    No, bringing bath additives is not allowed as they can cause pipe blockages or stains. Our baths use natural hot spring water, so please enjoy the local onsen experience as it is.

  • Can I order just a cake with a standard plan?

    Yes, you can. Please place your order via phone or email.

  • Do you handle bookings for blueberry picking or smelt fishing?

    We apologize, but our facility does not handle bookings for these activities.

  • When and how much does it snow?

    From early December to late March, snow can accumulate between 10 to 30 cm.

  • Are there any bears in the area?

    Every year there are a few sightings around Lake Yamanaka, but no injuries or damage have been reported.
    There have been no sightings within our facility.

  • Do you have any recommended sightseeing spots?

    We recommend the Lake Yamanaka Myojin-yama Panorama Lookout, Hana-no-Miyako Park, Nagaike Shinsui Park, and Oshino Hakkai.
